Our standard counselling and application support is free — we’re remunerated by our university partners, in line with industry practice. Which service should I start with?
Most students start with free Eligibility & Destination Counselling. A counsellor reviews your academics, English score, budget and PR goals, tells you honestly which countries and courses you can realistically target, and then recommends which of the other services you need next.
Who handles my visa application?
Visa filing is led by OEVS’s licensed migration agents, who hold Australian MARN registration and are bound by the OMARA Code of Conduct. They prepare your visa file, including the Genuine Student (GS) response where required, and plan next steps such as PR pathways.
Can OEVS guarantee my admission or visa?
No. Admission decisions are made by universities and visa decisions by immigration authorities. OEVS prepares your application carefully, advises honestly about your chances, and tells you when you are not ready yet rather than overpromising.
Do you help with education loans?
Yes. The Education Loans service helps you understand how much you can borrow, at what rate, and with or without collateral, working with India’s major education lenders. It includes an eligibility check, EMI planning and scholarship and funding guidance. Final approval rests with the lender.
Do you help with IELTS or PTE preparation?
Yes. Test Preparation includes an AI-powered Writing Scorer with band-by-band feedback, human writing feedback and speaking mock tests, plus advice on whether IELTS or PTE suits your course and destination. Required scores vary by university and visa, so confirm yours first.
Do you support me after I receive my visa?
Yes. Pre-Departure & Post-Arrival Support covers a pre-departure briefing on banking, accommodation and culture, airport pickup coordination in Australia, and on-ground support from OEVS offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Which countries do you cover?
